Shipping Policy
At Mini Moto Society, we know you're eager to get your order trackside. We’re an online apparel store dedicated to moto families who live for the dirt and the people who show up every weekend behind the gates. This page covers how we get our goods from our pits to your front door.
Processing Times
All Mini Moto Society products are made to order. Typical orders ship within 2–5 business days. During special drops or peak race seasons, things might move a little slower. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping of $4.99 on all orders within the United States. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Final shipping costs will always be displayed at checkout before purchase.
Domestic & International
International orders typically arrive within 10-20 business days depending on location and customs processing times. Please note international customers are responsible for any custom fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply. These charges are determined by your country and are not controlled by mini moto society.
Methods & Carriers
We utilize standard and expedited shipping options through major national carriers. You will receive a tracking email automatically as soon as your order label is created and scanned.
Order Tracking
Transparency is key. Track your delivery via the link in your confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking information after 5 business days, please reach out via our Connect page.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we work with trusted carriers, delays due to weather or high shipping volumes can occur. Once a package is scanned by the carrier, delivery is in their control. If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an error, we can reship it to a corrected address for an additional shipping fee.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We'll make it right in line with our returns policy.
